1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms set out the general provisions of the online service for the exchange of electronic money Ant.Exchange(hereinafter, the Service).

1.2. The Service owns and administers the exchange script/platform hosted on Internet servers.

1.3. A Client is any user who intends to use and/or uses the Service.

1.4. The Service and the Client are hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties.

1.5. These Terms, published electronically, have the same legal force as a written agreement.

1.6. These Terms constitute a public offer applicable within the territory where the Service is provided. By submitting an order on the Ant.Exchange website, the Client accepts the Terms for using the Service.

1.7. The Service may unilaterally amend these Terms by publishing an updated version on the website.

1.8. Disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiation. Failing agreement, disputes are considered in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction where Ant.Exchange is registered.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Service provides the Client with a set of services (listed in Section 4) in accordance with the Exchange Rules(Section 5), subject to the mandatory conditions of Section 7.

2.2. The Client uses and pays for the services under these Terms.

2.3. The Service is not liable for the Client’s financial losses caused by exchange‑rate fluctuations of crypto or fiat currencies during the exchange operation.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Service

3.1.1. Provide information and technical support related to the Service.

3.1.2. Store data related to the Client’s exchange operations (including transaction amounts, addresses, personal information).

3.1.3. Keep exchange data confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

3.1.4. Maintain accurate statistics of the Client’s transactions and grant discounts where applicable.

3.1.5. In case funds are not credited, complete the operation or issue a refund within up to 72 hours from the moment a complaint is submitted, unless stated otherwise (exceptional cases: technical failures or delays by payment providers).

3.1.6. Request additional documents to verify identity and source of funds when necessary.

4. Services Provided

4.1. The Service provides exchange of electronic funds.

4.2. The Service does not verify the Client’s legal title to the funds presented for exchange.

4.3. The Service does not process exchanges connected to the Russian Federation. Exchanges involving Russian exchanges/wallets, directly or indirectly connected to the RF jurisdiction, may be declined or returned to the sender.

5. Exchange Rules

5.1. Processing begins after the full amount from the Client is received to the specified details.

5.2. An exchange that has been started cannot be cancelled.

5.3. If funds are not received within 60 minutes, the order is cancelled.

5.3.1. Standard processing time after full receipt is 15 minutes to 1 hour. In exceptional cases (technical failures, payment‑system errors, force majeure) the term may be extended up to 72 hours.

5.4. If the rate changes by more than 0.5%, the exchange is executed at the current rate.

5.5. If both a card number and a phone number are specified in the order, the transfer may be made by either method at the Service’s discretion. The method cannot be changed after funds are sent.

5.6. The exchange rate is fixed only at the moment of full crediting of funds to the Service’s account. Rates displayed on the website before actual crediting are informational and may change.

5.7. If the transfer amount differs by more than 10%, the order may be cancelled.

5.8. If incorrect payment details are provided, the exchange may be suspended.

5.9. The Client must provide only personal payment details. Transfers to third parties are prohibited. In case of violation, processing may be suspended and funds frozen for up to 40 calendar days, then returned to the original details.

5.10. The Service may cancel an ongoing operation and return the deposited electronic/fiat funds without explanation(technical failures, software errors, provider issues, force majeure). Refunds are made to the original details.

5.10.1. The Service is not liable if the Client sends funds to expired details or via a wrong network. Each order is assigned unique details valid only for the payment window; after expiry the details may be reused. If a mistaken transfer can be returned, it is made minus external fees (exchange/aggregator/other intermediaries). All such risks lie with the Client.

5.11. An order may be suspended/cancelled if a material discrepancy is found between the rate shown when creating the order and the market situation at processing time (including due to technical failures, incorrect data feeds, or arbitrage actions). Processing means the final confirmation by an operator after verifying full crediting and compliance with these Terms. In such a case the Client may: (a) proceed at the current Service rate; or (b) request a refund.

5.12. The Client must provide all necessary additional information (including payment comments required by the sending/receiving bank). If such comment/details were omitted before sending funds, the Service is not liable for delay or non‑receipt.

5.13. Payment details must match the selected currency and payment system. If details are for a different currency (e.g., a USD account when exchanging to EUR or TRY), the Service is not liable for non‑receipt or crediting in another currency. All consequences and bank fees are borne by the Client.

Refunds

5.14. Refunds due to the Service. If payout is impossible for reasons on the Service side (including technical failures), the refund is issued without a service fee; external fees (bank/blockchain) are borne by the Service. Processing time — up to 72 hours. Refunds are sent to the original details.

5.15. Refunds at the Client’s initiative / Client‑side issues. If the Client requests cancellation/refund (timing did not suit, changed mind, account errors/limits, and similar), the refund is made with a 2% service fee and external fees(bank/blockchain) borne by the Client. Refunds are sent to the original details.

5.16. Cut‑off point. Refunds are possible only before funds are sent out under the order. After sending, cancellation is impossible; a reverse exchange is only possible by creating a new order on general terms.

6. Liability

6.1. The Service is not liable for Client errors when filling in the exchange form.

6.2. The Service is not liable for losses caused by the Client’s equipment failures.

6.3. The Service is not liable for delays/impossibility of operations in cases of force majeure (payment‑system failures, Internet outages, cyber‑attacks, legal changes, actions of third parties).

6.4. The Service is not a party to disputes between the Client and a bank. Liability is limited to the confirmed dispatch of funds to the details provided by the Client.

6.5. A receipt/screenshot/video of dispatch provided by the Service constitutes sufficient proof of performance.

6.6. The Service is liable only for the fact of sending funds to the Client’s specified details.

6.7. The Service is not liable for Client errors in payment details (wrong currency/type of account, outdated data, etc.). All such risks lie with the Client.

6.8. The Service does not control the operation of banks/payment systems and is not liable for crediting delays, internal checks or holds. The Client must resolve such issues with their bank/provider.

6.9. The fact of sending funds to the Client’s specified details is deemed full and final performance of obligations under the order.

7. Mandatory Conditions for Exchange Operations

7.1. It is prohibited to use the Service for fraud or illegal activities.

7.2. The administration may provide information to competent authorities in cases of proven fraud.

7.3. The Client must use only personal wallets/accounts and is responsible for the source of funds.

7.4. The Service is not liable for exchanges made in favor of third parties.

7.5. Agreement to the Terms is confirmed by clicking “I agree with the exchange rules.”

8. AML Policy

8.1. All transactions are checked under AML (Anti‑Money Laundering) procedures.

8.2. Security protocols are used to block prohibited accounts.

8.3. Transactions are checked for links to illicit resources.

8.4. The Service may refuse service without explanation.

8.5. Transactions may be blocked or subject to additional review.

8.6. Information is provided to third parties only upon request of competent authorities.

8.7. Transactions directly or indirectly connected with Russian exchanges, wallets or payment systems may be blocked and sent for additional AML review; such payments may be declined or returned without explanation.
